Is the price fixed?
Yes. The total on the booking form is what you pay, including tolls and parking. The only additions are waiting time beyond the free allowance and extra stops you add on the day.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and move the pickup to match the real landing time. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after the aircraft lands.
Can I cancel?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours we charge 50% of the fare, and the full fare once the driver has left for the pickup.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver by card or cash at the end of the trip, or ask for a monthly company invoice.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Add a child seat on the “Set the cabin” step and it will be fitted before we arrive.
